Turkish Stick Agate slabs featuring mostly dark grays/blues and browns with beautiful stick-like patterning. Occasional coloring in peach, reds, white, black, or clear agate are possible, as well as small areas of classic agate banding.
Price is for 1 lb lot. Shapes, sizes, and colors will vary greatly between individual pieces, ranging from 2" - 12" long slabs, and between 5mm - 8mm thick. Images show various slabs wet and dry, and examples of cabochons made from the same material.
Rough slabs are used primarily for making cabochons, and are cut/prepared for this purpose. Because of this, it is possible to receive slabs that are partially broken or have old price markings, as they are intended to be processed further.Ā
