We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Yes, all jewelry from The Gem Shop comes with a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
